1. Sun Drawmet
Appearance : Thick cream paste
METHOD OF USE
Take Drawmet in a container, Dilute it with water to the required consistency. Add water to the Drawmet, not Drawmet to water. Add water in small batches, working out homogeneous mix after each addition of water. Apply dilute Drawmet to both the sides of sheet to be drawn with the help of brush. Place the sheet on the die and take out the draw. Apply Drawmet to the die also after 2 - 3 draws. Drawmet can also be applied to the metal sheets by dipping them in its diluted form.

2. SUN LIQUI DRAW
Versatile, liquid drawing compound for deep drawing, stamping, blanking, and other forming operations for all metals. Depending upon application, it may be diluted up to 50% by volume with water. It provides excellent lubrication for working metals, and has fine coolant properties to prevent die galling and metal-to-metal contact. By minimizing die corrosion, it increases tool life. If necessary, parts may be easily cleaned before subsequent operations.
Applications/Properties
SUN LIQUI DRAW may be applied full strength to sheet metal through conventional equipment (roller, brush or drip-line). Adjust the applicator to provide a uniform coating. For less difficult operations, dilute up to 50% volume with water.

SUN HDC 64 is a high performance deep drawing lubricant intended for use in the most severe deep drawing operations. Appearance is brown in colour.
